Our 3rd party provider, Persona, has scheduled maintenance on Mon, Feb 26 from 06:00 - 06:05am EST. During this time the Persona API will be unavailable for 90 seconds. Also during this time, the Cybrid Bank API will be impacted in the sandbox and production environments. Specifically, the following endpoints will be unavailable during this scheduled maintenance: - GET /api/identity_verification/:guid for id_and_selfie IDVs - GET /api/customers/:guid?include_pii=true Also, identity verifications may be created (i.e. POST api/identity_verifications) during this time; however, identity verification processing will be delayed during this time.
